Office Manager
Responsibilities:
- Office administration management
- Assist bookkeeping and keep invoices and purchase orders
- Procurement team support and supplier management
- Shipping documents and packages
- Manage day-to-day office maintenance, supplies, food and beverage, equipment, etc.
- Assist in recruiting
Requirements:
- Excellent computer skills and excellent fluency in all Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with Priority ERP software (required)
- Good negotiation skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Hebrew.
- Organizational skills and the ability to perform multiple tasks
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Self-starting, the ability to work independently
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines under pressure
- Bachelor's degree - preferred
- Previous experience in the following areas is an advantage:
--Purchasing department (electronic components)
--Department of Import / Export
--Accounting
